Hi! I am Ben Simo. Welcome to one of my little corners of the World Wide Web. I'm a defensive pessimist making a living as a software tester. As a believer in both sapient testing by critical thinkers and the power of automation, I seek to balance the use of people and machines to provide decision makers with useful information. I am currently working as an SDET on a super team making awesome happen.
I live in Gilbert, Arizona, with my wife Sophie, two teens, five needy cats, one English Shepherd dog, and a dozen goldfish. When I'm not testing, I enjoy photography and exploring the countryside with my family.

Love the math humor... the elegant consistency with which the antagonists confuse decimal places, packaged in their wholesome, all-American presentation is brilliant! Very timely apropos our current educational challenges...
